IE 6 Countdown

It’s great to see the numbers coming down, with Microsoft actively championing the cause, but I have a question: What’s the story with South Korea and Japan? If – as the data seems to suggest – these countries have some of the fastest Internet connections available anywhere, why are they still using such a crappy browser? Nevertheless, as someone who cares about this kind of thing, the site’s mission statement is rather telling:
